Bahan:
- 100 gram kucai segar
- 2 butir telur ayam
- 1 buah cabai merah, diiris halus-halus
- 50 gram udang besar
- 1 sendok teh minyak wijen
- 1 sendok makan saos tomat
- Minyak non kholesterol
Kucai segar dipotong-potong sebesar 5 cm. Telur dikocok-kocok sampai rata, masukkan kucai, udang, irisan cabai merah, minyak wijen dan garam secukupnya. Panaskan minyak kholesterol, masukkan kocokan telur dan buatlah dadar telur sampai matang. Hidangkan dengan saos tomat.
